The 3H Foundation is an emerging research, learning and community institution developing the 3H Framework™ for Purposeful Communication and exploring how communication can move people from understanding, to connection, to purposeful action.

We are exploring purposeful communication not simply as the successful delivery of a message, but as communication capable of contributing to meaningful movement in understanding, human connection and action.
Our Beginning
An idea developed through practice.
The 3H Framework did not begin as an institutional theory.
Its earliest form emerged through communication practice, public speaking education, facilitation and reflection on a recurring question: what makes communication meaningful beyond the moment in which it is delivered?
Head, Heart and Hands gradually became a way of thinking about three connected dimensions of communication — understanding, human connection and purposeful action.
What began as a practical communication model is now being developed more deliberately through the 3H Foundation as the 3H Framework™ for Purposeful Communication.
Cameroon is the origin and early learning context of this work — the place in which the framework's earliest structured practice, reflection and evidence-building are taking shape.

What We Believe
Principles shaping how we work.
Learning should continue beyond the room.
A workshop, presentation or learning experience may begin development. Reflection, practice, application and continued learning help give that development somewhere to go.
Evidence should precede scale.
We would rather learn carefully than make claims prematurely. The Foundation's current proof-of-concept stage is intended to support observation, testing, reflection and refinement before broader conclusions are made.
Context matters.
Communication does not happen in abstraction. Culture, environment, experience and community can shape how people understand, connect and act.

Founder, 3H Foundation
Ebai Darryl-Pride Ekwet is a communication practitioner, facilitator and public speaking educator whose work explores how communication can move beyond performance toward understanding, human connection and purposeful action.
His experience designing and facilitating communication learning experiences led to the early development of Head, Heart and Hands as a practical way of thinking about meaningful communication.
Through the 3H Foundation, he is now leading the deliberate development of the 3H Framework™ for Purposeful Communication and the early work of examining its application through learning, practice and evidence-building.

The 3H Foundation is at the beginning of its institutional journey. Our ambition is to contribute useful learning, practice and evidence to the field of purposeful communication while remaining open to what continued research, application and community experience teach us.
