Our People
The people behind the work.
The 3H Foundation is being built by people contributing across programme delivery, community, communication, research and design.
An institution is more than its founder.
The 3H Foundation began with an idea, but its future depends on people, responsibilities and systems that can carry that idea with integrity. Today, people contribute across learning, research, Community, communication, design and operations.
The goal is not to build an organisation around one personality. It is to build an institution capable of carrying a purpose.
Founder

Ebai Darryl-Pride Ekwet
Founder, 3H Foundation
Ebai Darryl-Pride Ekwet is a communication practitioner, facilitator and public speaking educator whose work explores how communication can move beyond performance toward understanding, human connection and purposeful action.
His experience designing and facilitating communication learning experiences led to the early development of Head, Heart and Hands as a practical way of thinking about meaningful communication.
Through the 3H Foundation, he is now leading the deliberate development of the 3H Framework™ for Purposeful Communication and the early work of examining its application through learning, practice and evidence-building.

Purpose can begin with one person. Institution-building cannot end there.
The 3H Foundation is building the people, structures and responsibilities needed to carry purposeful communication beyond a single founder, programme or generation.
