The 3H Foundation develops structured learning experiences that help people understand, practise and apply purposeful communication in real contexts.
There are currently no public learning experiences open for registration.
When workshops, learning sessions or other public programmes are formally scheduled and authorised, they will be published here with their dates, format, location, eligibility, registration information and, where applicable, cost.

3H learning experiences are designed to help participants move from understanding an idea to practising it, reflecting on it and applying it beyond the learning environment.
Build clarity around the idea, principle or communication challenge.
Create opportunities to try, communicate, receive feedback and improve.
Examine what happened, what changed and what still requires attention.
Take the learning into real communication situations beyond the session.
The Foundation may use different formats depending on the audience, purpose, context and depth of learning required.
Structured sessions combining learning, practice and reflection.
Focused learning experiences built around a specific communication challenge or skill.
Facilitated spaces for exploration, experimentation and deeper practice.
Accessible online learning sessions designed for wider participation.

These formats describe how the Foundation may structure learning. They do not represent programmes currently open for registration.
Taking part in a learning experience can open separate and voluntary ways of continuing — through Community, through research, or through future learning. None of these happens automatically, and each is chosen rather than assumed.
The 3H Community is a voluntary space for continued practice, reflection and application beyond a learning experience.

Participation in a workshop does not automatically create Community membership or research participation. Each relationship is entered separately and, where required, through informed consent or voluntary choice.
The 3H Foundation will publish a learning opportunity only when its essential details have been established.
