Whether you want to learn, practise, contribute, collaborate or continue a research journey, the 3H Foundation offers different pathways for meaningful participation. Choose the path that best reflects where you are now.
Participation should begin with clarity.
Joining the 3H Foundation does not mean entering one universal programme or becoming part of every aspect of our work. A person may learn with us, participate in research, join the 3H Community, facilitate a learning experience, steward a Circle or collaborate with the Foundation — and each of these is a distinct relationship.

Relationship clarity
One person. Different ways to belong.
You may encounter the 3H Foundation in more than one way over time. These relationships can connect, but they are not automatically the same.
Participation in one part of the Foundation does not automatically enrol you in another. Research participation is separately informed and consented. Community participation is voluntary. Institutional roles are separately authorised.

Continuing through research
Some participants may be invited to contribute to the 3H Research Programme through separately consented longitudinal follow-up. The purpose is not to manufacture a success story, but to observe what happens after the learning experience as honestly as possible.
